Chateau Doisy Dubroca could be one of the smallest, classified estates in Sauternes. It did not start out life as a small estate. Built on the thin-skins of Sémillon grapes with a bit of bright acidity donated by Sauvignon Blanc grapes, Sauternes make exceptional wines that are highly collectable and age beautifully. Notes of apricots, honeysuckle, tropical fruits, and baking spices make these the Queen of dessert wines.
