If you haven't heard of Rivesaltes, you're not alone. Despite their rich history, these jewels of the South of France get almost no press, especially compared to other dessert wines like port or sherry. They are highly collectable, especially in vintages of this age. And can continue to age for anywhere from 5 to 75 years.
